Joel
and Lottie Flemish have installed a fence around their backyard that
is in excess of 8 feet high. You will remember that City Ordinance 235
specifically limits fences on residential properties to 6 feet in height.
They built the fence without a proper permit.
The
Planning Commission has turned down a request for waiver and the Flemishes
are now appealing the decision.
