Falconville City Council

Ladies and Gentlemen:

This letter is in reference to the extra disposal charges on our Falconville water and garbage bill.

We own a home at 347 North L Street, with three studio type apartments along the alley. We are charged $10 per month per unit for extra disposal and are allowed three garbage cans per unit.

Therefore, we are entitled to 12 garbage cans for our property. By being cautious and using only three cans each week we are saving Falconville employees extra

time and work.

Consequently, we feel there should be provisions for people like us. We are paying $360 per year for service we don't need or use.

As we have no extra disposal (we stay within our three-can limit), we do not feel this charge is justified.
