Last
Friday I issued a "Stop Work Order" to National Cold Storage
Ice Company for the loading dock they are constructing on Yale Avenue.
The
dock is encroaching 2 1/2 feet onto the public right of way. They are
also constructing the dock without securing the proper permits.
Despite
the "Stop Work Order," construction continued in violation
of law.
Also
attached is a letter from Mr. Hank Thompson
of National Cold Storage attempting to explain.
