Falconville City Council,

Due to changes in our operation and in order to clear the street of trucks being loaded with fruit at our plant, I find it necessary to build another loading dock. I am asking for an Encroachment Permit of 30" onto City Property to make the structure most efficienct. We realize, of course, that if it ever becomes necessary, we will be required to remove the dock at our expense.
