Tillie Tuttle

Everyone loves Tillie Tuttle. She is quiet, unassuming, but highly competent and efficient as Falconville's city clerk. She was hired as a city accountant 20 years ago and was eventually promoted to city clerk 11 years ago. Many refer to her as "mom."

She plans to retire in a couple of years and most people dread the thought of replacing her.
