What effect do you expect if the patrols are discontinued?

I'm not sure. There is some loose talk among umpires and coaches of going on strike or quitting. We're trying to downplay that, but expect a big turnout at the next council meeting. I trust Chief Wanamaker when he says officers can get there quickly, but they don't.
