What about the concern of coaches and umpires about emotional parents?

I hear their concern, but I also hear taxpayers complain about government waste. Sure, some parents get emotional, but we're not there to arrest parents in front of their kids. Only a couple of arrests occur each year, and that's mostly for drinking in a public place.
